• Driver availability
• Exact pickup or drop-off times

5. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By requesting a ride, you agree to pay all applicable charges.

Cancellations

Fees may apply if a ride is canceled after acceptance.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at our discretion and may take 3–5 business days.

6. User Conduct

• No unlawful use

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Driver Conduct

• Maintain valid license and insurance

• Provide professional service

OnTheWay is not responsible for driver actions.

8. Safety and Liability

OnTheWay is a technology platform and is not responsible for driver or rider conduct, or incidents during rides.

9. Limitation of Liability

OnTheWay LLC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time. You may delete your account through the app.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and technology are owned by OnTheWay LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
